A 3rd generation St. Petersburg native and real estate agent for nearly a decade, Kaitlyn Kellin spent her first six years managing and helping grow a multi-million dollar team until she branched off on her own. Now she uses her management and sales skills to provide the best service for her clients. Aside from the knowledge and experience, she took with her to that position, the number one thing she carried with her is that she prioritizes the needs of the client, not the sale. That is truly where she created the passion for what is best for the people she serves. As a top-producing agent for over five years in the luxury market, she represents a full range of buyers, sellers, and investors at all price points in homes and condominiums throughout Southwest Florida, with a focus on St. Petersburg, Tampa, Beaches, Clearwater, Sarasota, and all surrounding areas.

Kaitlyn’s love for her hometown is the key factor in her success as a real estate advisor, with her grandfather as the main driver. His journey from being the paper delivery boy in grade school to support his family to eventually becoming the President of C&S Bank in downtown St. Pete connected him with his family and the community on a deep level, offering hope and inspiration to those who knew him, including his granddaughter. His love, stories, passion, and contribution to St. Pete and his family have been Kaitlyn’s drive to not only be a better person but also be the best agent possible for all of her clients looking to buy or sell in the area.

In her off time, she loves to spend time with friends and family and her fur baby, Millie, while checking out local spots, boating, spending time at the pool, working out, or helping out in the community.
